Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is looking for a Lab Technician responsible for conducting laboratory tests and ensuring accuracy and quality control. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential. A UAE driving license and willingness to work flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Lab Technician.
• Experience in Asphalt and Bitumen.
• Experience in Concrete construction materials is an advantage.

• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and specimens for testing.
• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Record and analyze test results, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols and laboratory standards.
• Collaborate with medical personnel to interpret and report findings.
• Ensure inventory management of laboratory supplies and request restocking when necessary.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes to maintain accreditation standards.

Qualifications
