• You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
• Warmly greet guests, present the menu, and upsell menu items through your passion and knowledge to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Set up and prepare the outlet for service and assist with packing down after service, ensuring equipment is polished and ready for service; deliver beverages and food to tables promptly and maintain perfect table settings.
• Maintain immaculate outlet conditions and ensure service standards are adhered to.
• Live the Dorchester Collection values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity.
• Support revenue targets while controlling costs within pre-set budgets (including beverage cost and other expenses).
• Participate in daily pre-service briefings to stay informed of hotel happenings and upcoming service.
• Collaborate with other departments to uphold presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance of the outlet at all times.

• Your unique personality and passion, with a positive can-do attitude.
• A talent for delighting guests by leading a team of passionate individuals and striving for excellence.
• Strong communication skills with a customer service ethic.
• Detail-oriented, hands-on team player with interpersonal skills; ability to mentor and recognize success within the team.
• English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German) are highly desirable.
• A relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma with experience in luxury hotels/restaurants in the Middle East.
