Job summary
A hospitality establishment in Sharjah is seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress. The role involves greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean dining environment. Ideal candidates should have experience in the hospitality industry and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Neat and presentable appearance.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth service.
