Baker - Malayalee
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Ajman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and techniques. You must have a strong understanding of baking principles and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
- Prepare ingredients for doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Mix and bake ingredients according to traditional recipes and techniques
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, toppings, or fruits
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise assistant bakers
- Follow food safety standards at all times
- Proven experience as a baker in a professional kitchen
- Knowledge of baking principles and techniques
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred but not required
Salary: 1000$ per month with additional benefits.
