Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer. The ideal candidate has led both Android and cross-platform teams, possesses strong architectural and problem-solving skills, and can effectively collaborate with product, design, and support teams. You will play a key role in clarifying requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring smooth development processes..

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, emphasizing user-centric design and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, utilizing tools like Android Studio and Logcat to ensure smooth operation.
• Implement and maintain application architecture patterns such as MVC, MVP, or MVVM to structure code effectively.
• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs to enhance app capabilities while maintaining security and performance standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, addressing both front-end and back-end challenges.
• Perform unit testing and ensure code quality through automated testing frameworks like Espresso or JUnit.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on Android development experience, showcasing a robust portfolio of published apps.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON, ensuring seamless integration between mobile applications and backend services.
• Familiarity with Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin, enabling effective application development and maintenance.
