BIM Draughtsman (Civil) – High-Rise Structural Drawings
Job summary
A construction and contracting firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled BIM Draughtsman with strong expertise in execution-focused modeling. You will prepare detailed drawings while coordinating with site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate should hold a civil diploma and have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in midrise and highrise buildings. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in buildings (midrise & highrise).
- Certificates for BIM - Revit & AutoCAD software courses are required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all in-house structural shop drawings in coordination with IFC Architectural & MEP drawings.
- Prepare all in-house architectural & ID shop drawings in coordination with IFC structural & MEP drawings.
- Prepare general drawings including sketches for RFI/CVI, logistic layouts, etc.
- Coordinate with surveyors & site team.
