A leading global IT service provider is seeking Mainframe Developers for a permanent role based in Dubai City. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in mainframe development and will work on large-scale projects. Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, and VSAM is crucial.
