Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Oracle Analytics projects from initiation to closure ensuring timely delivery Oversee the design implementation and enhancement of Oracle Analytics and BI solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope Coordinate crossfunctional teams including technical analysis and business units Manage project schedules budgets risks and resources effectively Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and optimize Oracle Analytics environments Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards and industry best practices Prepare and present project reports dashboards and documentation to senior management Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders Key Requirements Extensive experience managing Oracle Analytics BI or related projects Strong knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud OAC OBIEE or similar platforms Proven project management expertise PMP or equivalent certification preferred Solid understanding of data warehousing ETL processes and data modeling Experience working in IT operations and supporting enterprise BI environments Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field certifications in Oracle BI Analytics preferred
