We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate – Finance & Administration to support day-to-day accounting operations, banking activities, payroll processing, and visa-related documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in core accounting functions and familiarity with UAE payroll and visa processes.

• Record day-to-day accounting entries in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Handle daily banking operations including payments, transfers, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with banks for queries, documentation, and transaction follow‑ups.
• Track and update cash flow and ensure timely settlement of vendor and payroll payments.
• Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll as per UAE labour laws.
• Maintain payroll records, expense claims, attendance reports, and employee reimbursements.
• Support end-to-end visa processing activities including document preparation, application tracking, and coordination.
• Maintain updated records of visa renewals, cancellations, and compliance timelines.
• Ensure all employee documents are complete, accurate, and filed as per UAE regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for UAE statutory compliances.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting operations, banking activities, payroll, and UAE visa processing.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws, payroll practices, and visa procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
