WSP is looking for a motivated and professional UAE National to join our team as a Coordinator Workplace & Admin. The position offers hands-on experience in office coordination, administrative support, and client-facing responsibilities, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in administration, operations, or corporate services. Responsibilities

  1. Assist in organizing internal meetings, employee engagement activities, and team events.
  2. Provide logistical and administrative support for wellness initiatives and wellbeing campaigns.
  3. Support onboarding arrangements for new joiners, including welcome kits, desk preparation, and orientation logistics.
  4. Participate in special projects and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and workplace efficiency.
  5. Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and shared office spaces.
  7. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; arrange outgoing shipments as required.
  8. Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment of office and pantry supplies, liaising with vendors as needed.
  9. Support daily administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry.
  10. Provide secretarial and administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting basic correspondence.
  11. Assist in maintaining workplace health and safety protocols and support emergency procedures when needed.

Qualifications

  1. UAE Nationality (with a valid Family Book).
  2. Recent graduate with a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  3. 0-2 years of work experience.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
  5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
  7. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  8. A genuine interest in building a career in corporate services, administration, or HR.
