Job Summary

The DSP Value Added Services (VAS) team is part of our last mile organization that designs, launches, and manages a suite of services and vendors that enable our delivery partners (DSPs).

Responsibilities

The VAS PM will be a single‑threaded leader responsible for overseeing vendor relationships on products that simplify the DSP and Delivery Associate experience.

You will be the voice of the Delivery Service Partners and the VAS providers; your insights will guide the priorities for the team.

Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, finance, and other functions to support adoption and customer satisfaction of our Value Added Services.

Develop and oversee mechanisms to evaluate health and ensure the products are fit for purpose through direct engagement with the customer.

Qualifications

• 5 years of program or project management experience
• 5 years of working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
• 5 years of defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, including writing
• High attention to detail, entrepreneurial drive, and owner mentality
• 3 years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3 years of driving process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
