Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data entry, document processing, and government transactions, with strong familiarity with Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and UAE company formation processes. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately type, format, and maintain official documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage government paperwork through Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Amer, DED, TAMM, and Freezone portals.
- Handle company formation procedures while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare and submit applications for:
- New, renewal, or canceled business licenses
- Amendments and trade name changes
- UAE visa processing (employment, investor, dependent)
- Liaise with clients and government authorities to follow up on pending applications.
- Maintain organized records of licenses, documents, work permits, and employee files.
- Provide administrative support related to document control and submission tracking.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Typist, or in a similar role handling government transactions.
- Mandatory proficiency in Tasheel and Tawjeeh systems.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business setup, licensing, and visa procedures.
- Fast and accurate typing with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication Skill
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PRO services or a business setup consultancy.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and compliance regulations.
