We are looking for a Tint Installer to expertly apply automotive window tint films to vehicles in a precise, efficient and customer‑focused manner. This role ensures high‑quality installations that meet safety and aesthetic standards.

Core Functions

• Measure, cut and apply window tint film to vehicles using hand tools and heat equipment.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces and ensure cleanliness before application.
• Inspect completed work for bubbles, imperfections or peeling edges.
• Handle different types of tint film (ceramic, dyed, metallic) as per customer specifications.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with service advisors to understand customer preferences.
• Maintain clear communication with workshop managers on job status and issues.
• Advise customers on care instructions and film maintenance when required.
• Report film inventory needs and assist with stock control.

Performance & Quality Assurance

• Meet daily installation targets while ensuring top‑tier workmanship.
• Perform quality checks to uphold company standards.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new tint technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a window tint installer (automotive).
• Familiarity with tools like heat guns, squeegees and cutting blades.
• Strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in warm workshop environments for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to follow structured processes.
• High school diploma or vocational certification (preferred).
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
