Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the telesales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement telesales strategies and performance KPIs.
• Monitor calls and provide feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align goals and campaigns.
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing deals.
