The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of enterprise‑level digital projects. This is an opportunity for someone with a technical background in web development who has transitioned into project management, or who is ready to take that next step. You'll be responsible for coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction, while also being able to dive into the technical details when needed.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects (websites, portals, apps, immersive experiences) from kickoff to launch and post-support.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, QA, and clients to ensure alignment on requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Break down business needs into actionable technical tasks, and translate between client language and developer language.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Support technical problem‑solving with an inquisitive mindset – able to learn, understand, and question technical solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in project processes, delivery frameworks, and client communications.

Requirements

• Background in development or design (example PHP, Laravel, MySQL, WordPress, Drupal experience is highly valued).
• 3–6 years of experience in digital project management or technical delivery roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise‑level projects at once in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA) and version control tools (e.g., Bitbucket, GitHub).
• A self‑starter with curiosity to learn, problem‑solve, and grow with the team.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Experience with managing the production schedule across an entire digital / web development cycle.
• Experience managing large and complex digital projects, mobile and web apps.
• Project experience in reporting and relating documentation.
• Experience managing project roadmaps.
• Effective people leadership and management skills to support an environment for high‑functioning, productive and engaged teams to operate.
