About the Role

Richkey Properties is seeking a Junior Real Estate Recruiter to support and execute recruitment activities for our real estate teams in Dubai.

This role is focused on sourcing, screening, coordination, and follow-up for real estate roles, working closely with the recruitment and operations team to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.

This is an execution-focused recruitment role, suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates for real estate roles (agents and back-office positions)
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist suitable profiles
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Support offer coordination and onboarding processes
  • Ensure recruitment activities follow agreed timelines and quality standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and hiring requirements
  • Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Currently based in Dubai
