Job Purpose
To lead end to end recruitment process for our business units. You will ensure that key stakeholders such as hiring managers and candidates will be delivered a high-level recruitment service.
You will be accountable for keeping KPIs and SLAs in accordance with group standards and ensuring all recruitment is delivered in a timely manner with a focus on quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process and provide hiring managers with direction on recruitment trends, best practices, compliance to regional regulatory requirements, and benchmark comparisons.
- Partner with the business to understand key talent objectives, and ensure processes and mechanisms align and enable organization talent goals.
- Provide data and summarized reports of key metrics to practice area leadership in operational meetings to help inform on future resource needs, skill mix, demand considerations, etc.
- Understand and guide the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding, and employer branding.
- Build and maintain relationships within the Group and internal teams (Rewards, HR, etc.) to ensure hiring managers and candidates experience a best-in-class recruiting experience.
- Deliver on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies to identify trends and adjust the recruiting strategies to optimize the impact of the recruiting team.
- Play an analytical role to deliver on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies.
- Endeavor to strategically balance and prioritize recruiting department resources to meet the constantly evolving business needs.
- Manage end to end sourcing solutions (attract, source, select and integrate) through understanding business needs and growth plans.
- Develop relationship with external talent to ensure a proactive approach towards business talent acquisition pipeline.
- Plan and develop Talent Pools for the business to meet the requirements of the Hiring Plan.
- Use the right interviewing skills to match candidate’s profiles with business requirements.
- Ensure the right referencing is completed before selecting the final candidate.
- Manage offers and ensure they are in line with business manpower budgets and internal total rewards policies.
Education Qualification and Experience
- A university degree or equivalent
- 4-5 years' Experience working with full cycle of recruiting environment, as well as having a broad understanding of working in a larger HR team.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong technical acumen and have a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and have exceptional problem-solving skills.
