Travel Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience. You will also support visa and employment procedures in coordination with PROs maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.

How Youll Shine

Youll play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience from the very this role you will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for assigned departments ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey.

• Support all visa and employment processes in coordination with PROs maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.

• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems (Workday Enboarder etc.) while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Provide clear and practical guidance on HR policies procedures and legislation to managers and employees alike.

• Assist with employee relations mattersincluding grievances investigations and disciplinary actions while upholding fairness and discretion.

• Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement retention and performance through proactive HR support.

• Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives in Talent Development Wellbeing and Health & Safety.

• Represent our company values with professionalism integrity and respect in every interaction.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
