Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation.

Overview

Officer – Talent Acquisition

Job Purpose

The Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding cycle, with a particular focus on Facilities Management (FM), Property Management, and Community Management hiring. This role will ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies, compliance with policies and UAE labor law, and a seamless candidate experience while supporting the organization’s workforce planning needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
  2. Source profiles using job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
  3. Post vacancies on internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Bayt, etc.).
  4. Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews.
  5. Develop and administer technical assessments, aptitude tests, and psychometric evaluations in collaboration with hiring managers.
  6. Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  7. Actively participate in the interview and selection process, providing clear candidate evaluations.
  8. Ensure compliance with Emiratization targets and stay updated on MOHRE requirements.
  9. Work with HR and Department Heads to prepare the annual manpower plan.
  10. Track and update filled and pending vacancies, ensuring alignment with approved headcount and organizational structure.
  11. Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition Tracker, providing regular recruitment reports.
  12. Prepare and issue offer letters in line with approved templates and regulatory standards.
  13. Coordinate with Admin and IT to ensure workstations, laptops, and other requirements are ready before new joiners arrive.
  14. Manage pre-joining documentation, MOHRE contracts, and visa processing in coordination with relevant teams.
  15. Conduct onboarding sessions, orientation programs, and ensure participation in IT and compliance inductions.
  16. Ensure all recruitment and onboarding documentation (e.g., assessment forms, approvals, candidate files) is completed and archived.
  17. Coordinate internal transfers, promotions, and related compensation/benefits updates with relevant HR teams.
  18. Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, UAE labor law, and internal procedures.
  19. Participate in career fairs and university engagement programs to build talent pipelines.
  20. Maintain updated job descriptions for all roles, ensuring periodic reviews and revisions.
  21. Recommend improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.
  22. Support closure of audit findings and compliance gaps related to recruitment.
  23. Manage internship programs in coordination with universities and hiring managers, including onboarding, evaluations, and certification.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • HR certification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi/SPHRi).
  • Master’s degree in HR/Management is an advantage.
