Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a Talent Acquisition Manager – Proposals Management to join our award-winning team based in Dubai. This is a specialised role, which will focus on workforce planning and sourcing strategies with the requirements of new business proposals/bids, ensuring that the company can meet the staffing requirements outlined in complex client proposals, critical to projects being awarded.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Strategic workforce planning, collaborate with business development and project leads to understand the specific talent needs for potential future projects and proposals
  • Talent pipeline development, proactively build and maintain pipelines for the specialised, high-caliber technical or project roles frequently required in bids.
  • Proposal coordination, serve as the talent expert during the proposal creation phase, providing input on staffing capabilities, timelines, and resource availability to ensure realistic and compelling proposals are submitted to clients.
  • Compliance and sourcing, ensure that all proposed talent meets strict client, project-specific, and local labor regulatory criteria, especially in multi-country operations.
  • Offer management, lead offer negotiations and manage closing processes, often for time-sensitive roles crucial for securing project contracts.
  • Stakeholder management, engage confidently with senior leadership and project executives to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and proposal requirements.
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of relevant work experience gained working in a similar role within an Engineering Consultancy.
