What you'll be doing:

  1. Order consolidation from internal and external business units.
  2. Work on order book to upload in both internal and vendor systems.
  3. Submit/upload orders to vendors/brands on time as per business requirements.
  4. Track OTB against actual orders.
  5. Receive order confirmations from vendors, reconcile with internal order book, and provide confirmations to internal and external business units.
  6. Track the order book, prepare, and update internal trackers for business units using manual methods and Power BI.
  7. Liaise with principals/vendors to obtain latest inbound shipping details and regulate container flow.
  8. Coordinate with principal/shipping and logistics for documentation, customs clearance, and shipment prioritization.
  9. Coordinate with assigned shipping agents on shipment collection and movements.
  10. Handle excess and shortage claims from principals/vendors.
  11. Coordinate RTV (Return to Vendor) processes when required.
  12. Manage product destruction locally upon request from principals.
  13. Provide accurate seasonal data for internal systems, including data for PI creation, master files, and pricing.

What we need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially advanced Excel.
  • SAP knowledge is preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
