Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading multinational organization that is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join their team in Dubai.

About the Role

This full-time position plays a critical role in managing supply chain operations across the Middle East and Africa region. The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for planning product supply, consolidating sales data, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. The role involves preparing and reviewing supply plans, handling documentation for orders and shipments, and liaising with logistics hubs to meet sales targets. Responsibilities also include oversee inbound and outbound logistics, monitor compliance with international trade regulations, and manage cost efficiency for third-party logistics.

About You

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have 35 years of experience in supply chain and logistics. Strong knowledge of Letters of Credit and shipping documentation is essential, along with practical experience in ERP systems and MS Office. Candidates should be proficient in using pivot tables and VLOOKUP. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across diverse cultures are key, as the role will interact with teams in other regions. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are highly valued. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic, French, or Japanese would be an advantage.
