A contracting company in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Stock/Storekeeper to manage inventory and stock handling. Responsibilities include material handling, inventory checks, and ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience and knowledge of ERP systems. The role may require lifting heavy materials and occasional weekend work.

Under the guidance of the Stock Coordinator, the stock/Storekeeper will have to manage inventory/ stock handling, BC ERP. DO posting and data entries.
This part should not be an exhaustive list of tasks
Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock movements, material usage, and deliveries. Provide regular reports on stock levels and material requirements.
You are obliged to follow the company's recycling process, hence, proper disposable of office consumables to help the environment is a must.
Work closely with production, quality control, and other warehouse team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist with inventory forecasting and stock planning based on production schedules.
Number of years of Experience: 2-3 years of exp. as Store Assistant with full store functions (stock knowledge)
ERP knowledge would be an advantage.
Degree or equivalent
English (Read, Write and Speak)
Nationalities : MS/Applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft BC
Physically able to lift up to 25 KG weight. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with staff. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Must be able to work during weekends and late evening.
