What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• Supervise and coordinate all cleaning activities in kitchens and food preparation areas to the highest standards to ensure our guests receive the best experience.
• Join a dedicated beach team and report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• Train and monitor stewards in the correct usage of chemicals and handling techniques.
• Represent our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity in daily operations.
• Liaise with chefs on maintaining kitchen areas, machinery, equipment, floors and fridges.
• Monitor and record breakages, par stocks, re-ordering and distribution of attic stock.
• Complete other tasks as necessary and reasonably required; hours may be adjusted to cover the beach club needs.
• Be aware that beach club operations involve exposure to heat and sun, standing and walking for long periods, and operating under pressure.
• Tasks may vary and are subject to change.
