Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider in Dubai is looking for an Operations and Maintenance Engineer to support daily operations of solar PV plants. The successful candidate will monitor plant performance, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate with teams for maintenance activities. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in solar operations. Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in solar operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of inverters, transformers, and electrical systems required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and maintenance of solar PV plants.
• Monitor performance through SCADA and other tools.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to equipment.
