About Wynn Al Marjan Island

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Social Media Manager to join the resort’s Advertising & Brand Marketing team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of social media strategy across all key platforms.
  • Live and breathe social platforms, be quick to adopt new practices and adapt to insights.
  • Manage day‑to‑day social media planning, publishing and optimization across owned channels.
  • View everything through a creative and storytelling lens, drawing insights and learnings from platforms.
  • Work closely with an in‑house creative and production team to develop high‑quality, social‑first content – creative execution skills are not critical, but collaboration is vital.
  • Translate campaign and announcement moments into compelling social narratives that feel native.
  • Ensure content calendars align with campaigns, announcements, moments and cultural relevance.
  • Support influencer, creator and talent‑led initiatives from a social planning and execution perspective.
  • Manage community engagement in line with brand tone, responding to audiences and escalating issues.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of performance tracking, knowing what to look for in performance and how to adapt content accordingly (deep analytics ownership is not required).
  • Understand how social media intersects with campaigns, PR, partnerships, CRM, and on‑ground.
  • Support the Director Social Media as a trusted operational and strategic partner, helping maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to navigate different platforms, especially “in‑market” dedicated channels is preferred.
  • Ensure all social activity aligns with Wynn brand standards, tone of voice and luxury positioning.
About You
  • Proven experience managing social media for a premium, luxury or culturally driven brand.
  • Hospitality experience is not mandatory, but brand building rather social‑commerce is essential.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational capability.
  • Solid understanding of social platform mechanics, content formats and algorithm‑friendly distribution.
  • Comfortable interpreting social performance signals and adjusting content direction accordingly (advanced reporting skills are not required).
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with creative, marketing, PR and external partners or agencies.
  • Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders while operating without heavy oversight.
  • Tech‑savvy and able to onboard the latest social media management tools.
  • Strong editorial judgement and an instinct for what makes content resonate culturally and emotionally.
  • Experience managing or contributing to social calendars across multiple platforms and markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, pre‑opening environment with evolving priorities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization skills and a proactive mindset.
