We are supporting our Client to hire a seasoned Social Media Communications professional to lead and manage their digital presence across platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to elevate their brand, engage stakeholders and drive measurable impact through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee content development, editorial calendar, and community engagement.
- Manage paid promotions and track platform performance with actionable reporting.
Website Management
- Maintain and update the corporate website to ensure content accuracy, functionality and user experience.
- Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and liaise with developers as required.
- Enhance SEO performance and uphold UI/UX best practices.
Digital Campaigns
- Plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, newsletters and paid digital media.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets, define KPIs and assess campaign performance.
Data & Analytics
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr) to evaluate digital initiatives.
- Produce dashboards and insights reports to guide strategic planning and executive decision-making.
Cross-Channel Integration
- Align digital strategies with broader brand, media and PR campaigns.
- Ensure messaging consistency across traditional and digital channels.
Brand & Creative Support
- Contribute to integrated campaigns including digital, print and OOH advertising.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital communications, digital marketing or related field within a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of managing corporate social media, CMS platforms and digital campaigns.
- Deep understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics and content strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Excellent communication, writing and project management skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in brand development and multi-channel brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with creative software and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and compliance.
- Technical skills in basic design and multimedia content creation.
