We are supporting our Client to hire a seasoned Social Media Communications professional to lead and manage their digital presence across platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to elevate their brand, engage stakeholders and drive measurable impact through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee content development, editorial calendar, and community engagement.
  • Manage paid promotions and track platform performance with actionable reporting.
Website Management
  • Maintain and update the corporate website to ensure content accuracy, functionality and user experience.
  • Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and liaise with developers as required.
  • Enhance SEO performance and uphold UI/UX best practices.
Digital Campaigns
  • Plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, newsletters and paid digital media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets, define KPIs and assess campaign performance.
Data & Analytics
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr) to evaluate digital initiatives.
  • Produce dashboards and insights reports to guide strategic planning and executive decision-making.
Cross-Channel Integration
  • Align digital strategies with broader brand, media and PR campaigns.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across traditional and digital channels.
Brand & Creative Support
  • Contribute to integrated campaigns including digital, print and OOH advertising.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital communications, digital marketing or related field within a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing corporate social media, CMS platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics and content strategy.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication, writing and project management skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in brand development and multi-channel brand campaigns.
  • Familiarity with creative software and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards and compliance.
  • Technical skills in basic design and multimedia content creation.
