Mission:
To be the digital voice and storyteller of the brand, developing and executing innovative social media and marketing strategies that drive engagement, build community, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Content Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data‑driven social media and content marketing calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging strategy.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Content Creation & Community Management:
- Write compelling copy for posts, stories, ads, and email campaigns.
- Source, create, and edit engaging visual content (working closely with the Videographer/Photographer) including graphics, Reels, Stories, and live videos.
- Manage day‑to‑day community engagement: responding to comments, DMs, and reviews in a timely, brand‑appropriate manner.
- Foster relationships with influencers, local media, and brand ambassadors.
Advertising & Analytics:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) to achieve specific KPIs (traffic, conversions, awareness).
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversions, ROI) using native insights and tools like Google Analytics.
- Translate data into actionable insights to continually refine strategy and prove marketing effectiveness.
Cross‑Promotion & Partnerships:
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and events team to promote special menus, events, and promotions.
- Manage local SEO (Google Business Profile) and online listings.
- Develop co‑marketing initiatives with complementary local businesses.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content (2‑3 years experience).
- Expertise with major social media platforms, scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite), and basic analytics.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and photo/video editing is a strong plus.
