Job description

The SimCorp Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SimCorp's software solutions for clients in the financial sector. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting system operations, managing integrations with Bloomberg DL, SWIFT, and our ERP system, handling system configurations, supporting data warehouse functionalities, and optimizing Asset Manager Front Office workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with clients to gather and analyse requirements.
2. Conduct workshops and training sessions to demonstrate software capabilities.
3. Configure and customize SimCorp solutions according to client specifications.
4. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
5. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for SimCorp applications.
6. Collaborate with development teams to address software issues and enhancements.
7. Translate business needs into functional specifications.
8. Ensure that the software solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
9. Prepare detailed documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and training materials.
10. Maintain accurate records of configurations, changes, and project progress.
11. Work alongside cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to facilitate integration and optimize processes.
12. Participate in knowledge sharing and best practice discussions within the consulting team.
