Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with property developers in Dubai and possess a deep understanding of the local market, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams to achieve sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture long-term relationships with investors, clients, and channel partners.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the property purchase process.

Present property options, conduct viewings, and provide tailored investment advice.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate closely with developers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Maintain an updated understanding of property launches, market trends, and competitor activities.

Provide clients with accurate project details, pricing, and payment plans.

Generate referrals through strong client servicing and relationship management.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience working with a real estate developer in Dubai.

Minimum 1 year of experience in DLRC (Dubai Land Department Real Estate Certification).

Demonstrated success in managing high-value clients and closing real estate deals.
