Job summary

A luxury hotel brand is seeking a candidate for a position focused on managing purchase requests and supplier negotiations. The ideal applicant will have a degree in Hotel Management, along with at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry. Qualifications

  • Luxury hospitality experience of 2-4 years in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hotel and service sector.

Responsibilities

  • Process all purchase requests submitted by Departments.
  • Coordinate with Cost Controller to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain regular communication with departments on deliveries.
