Responsibilities
  • Adopt suitable prospecting techniques to identify potential customer leads such as cold calling pursuing leads generated through marketing efforts review of market data etc.
  • Keep abreast with the market demands and consumer behaviour in Dubai and/or target locations to optimize and where necessary change the sales approach
  • Stay up to date with COMPANYSs existing and new developments to ensure customer inquiries are addressed and handled in an efficient and satisfactory manner
  • Participate in roadshows and other marketing/industry events to support sales efforts and generate new sales leads
  • Respond to sales inquiries by potential customers and follow up on them to convert the leads into sales deals
  • Lead the negotiations with the customers to ensure profitable deals are secured for COMPANYS
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with agents/brokers on behalf of COMPANYS to enhance selling efforts that will impact COMPANYSs sales targets
  • Address any agent/broker queries and concerns in an efficient and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain sales records in an up to date and organised manner
  • Provide inputs to sales reports and prepare/deliver presentations as required
  • Update personal Salesforce account daily
  • Oblige to delegations given by management for roles and responsibilities
