Job summary

A global design engineering firm is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager for their Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will lead project teams, establish baseline schedules, and ensure project performance through effective management of resources. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 8 years in the GCC region, along with strong communication skills, project controls expertise, and familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6. The position is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 8 years in GCC.
• Strong Precontract experience managing design and procurement activities.
• PMP or other professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to establish the baseline schedule.
• Monitor, analyze & report on project performance.
• Prepare and maintain the master programme for the project.
