A recruitment consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Officer for Recruitment to oversee recruitment processes and maintain relationships with service providers. Job Responsibilities
  • Execute recruitment processes, scheduling the initiation of recruitment and execution of all activities to meet the approved manpower plan.
  • Ensure vacancies are filled as per the SLA and target for the respective vacancies handled.
  • Build a database for a data driven selection with qualified candidates for the current and potential future job candidates for critical roles to reduce time to hire, improving quality of hire and reducing cost to hire.
  • Assist in establishing a network of recruitment service providers who can aid in sourcing the appropriate caliber and number of candidates to meet company’s business needs.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with recruitment search providers to secure any required services on short notice and ensure efficient/effective support when needed.
  • Ensure continuous improvement for enhanced Internal Communication and external Vacancies. (Communication templates for branding standards)
  • Maintain company's career page on website and on LinkedIn at real time in collaboration with marketing team for respective positions handled.
  • Ensure to recommend and imitate to make the organization as Employer of choice.
  • Search and recommend new sources of recruitment for to offer a wider choice of selection channels and source markets with emphasis on UAE Nationals. Maintain an internal database of all CVs and applications from various sources to be considered for future job vacancies.
  • Prepare, in liaison with concerned departments, advertisement text for candidate sourcing.
  • Publish the recruitment notifications on online and offline portals.
  • Source candidates through portals, social media, company website and agencies where appropriate.
  • Plan, arrange, conduct, and participate in recruitment trips and Open Days for bulk recruitment.
Job Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree with training in Recruitment methodology Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws.
  • Recruitment skills, good communication and negotiation skills
  • 2- 4 years of relevant human resource experience preferably in recruitment and selection within a manufacturing industry.
