Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Network & Security Support Engineer in Dubai. This role involves providing Level 3 technical support, resolving complex incidents, and performing root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and relevant OEM certifications. Excellent communication skills are a must, as this role requires interaction with customer IT teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Network & Security support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in enterprise environments.
• OEM certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for Network & Security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to routing and security.
• Perform advanced root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Work closely with customer IT teams, vendors, and internal escalation teams.
• Configure, optimize, and maintain network and security devices.
