Title: Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Reporting Line: Chief Human Resources Officer

Fast-growing and highly ambitious technology organisation headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and scale their end-to-end recruitment function. This is a critical, senior role reporting directly to the CHRO, offering high visibility and the opportunity to shape talent strategy at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and role scoping through to offer management and onboarding
  • Partner closely with the CHRO and senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives and future capability needs
  • Design and implement scalable talent acquisition strategies for high-volume, specialist, and leadership hiring
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight, talent mapping, and hiring best practice guidance
  • Build, manage, and develop an internal TA team and external vendor relationships
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice within the technology sector
  • Leverage data, metrics, and recruitment analytics to drive continuous improvement and hiring efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, governance, and internal recruitment policies
  • Drive process optimisation, technology adoption (ATS/tools), and candidate experience excellence
Mandatory requirements
  1. Bachelors degree minimum qualification
  2. 2 Years minimum experience within a tech/start up type of business
  3. 8 years minimum experience in Talent Acquisition
  4. Full end to end recruitment experience
