Redpath is working with a large, well‑capitalised real estate owner and operator with a diversified retail portfolio, active across asset management, development and long‑term value creation in complex, multi-asset environments.
The Senior Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end asset management of a large retail portfolio, with full accountability for financial performance, value creation and execution of asset‑level business plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage full P&L performance across assigned retail assets
- Deliver NOI growth, occupancy improvement, rent collection and asset value enhancement
- Execute approved business plans and monitor performance against financial and operational targets
- Coordinate transversally with leasing, property management, finance, legal and development teams
- Lead asset performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including asset optimisation, repositioning and selective expansion
- Support investment, development and transformation initiatives through financial analysis and business case development
- Oversee customer experience and performance KPIs, including satisfaction metrics

- Reports to a senior asset management leader
- Manages a small team of direct reports

Candidate Profile
- Strong background in retail asset management (malls and/or community retail)
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑asset portfolios with full P&L ownership
- Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability
- Experience working across multiple functions in a complex organisation
- Able to operate in both strategic and hands‑on capacities
Experience & Qualifications
- 12+ years’ relevant experience in retail asset management
- Previous experience in a senior or managerial role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics or similar (MBA preferred)
