A luxury beachfront hotel in Ajman seeks a Lifeguard Supervisor to manage daily activities and ensure guest safety at pool and beach areas. The role requires 2–3 years of lifeguard experience and a valid international lifeguard certification. You will train the lifeguard team, administer first aid, and promote a positive guest experience in a beautiful hotel setting.

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of lifeguards, ensuring proper coverage of all pool and beach areas.
Monitor guest activities at the pool and beach to prevent accidents and respond quickly in emergencies.
Administer first aid, CPR, and emergency care when required.
Conduct regular training, drills, and refreshers for the lifeguard team to maintain certifications and skills.
Ensure all safety equipment is in good working condition and readily available.
Enforce pool and beach rules to guarantee guest safety and prevent accidents.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, rescues, and maintenance checks.
Assist with scheduling, grooming standards, and performance evaluations of lifeguards.
Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) to maintain clean, safe, and guest-ready recreational areas.
Promote a positive and safe recreational experience, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Minimum 2–3 years of lifeguard experience, with at least 1 year in a senior/supervisory role.
Valid international lifeguard certification (pool & beach), CPR, and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
Strong leadership, training, and coaching skills.
Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
Physically fit, with strong swimming and rescue abilities.
Good communication skills; fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage.
Professional appearance and positive, guest-focused attitude.
