Qualifications

• Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO are advantageous.

• Translate business objectives into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document user stories, use cases, and process flows with clear UX expectations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams for consistency and usability across customer journeys.
