Job summary

A leading cost consultancy is seeking an experienced professional to support projects with significant MEP components in Dubai. The role involves delivering effective cost management services from pre-contract to handover, managing procurement, and interfacing with clients and contractors. Candidates must have a degree and at least 7 years of experience, preferably in the UAE and consultancy sectors. Knowledge of CostX and BIM is advantageous, and the position is full-time with no remote work available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in similar roles.
• Prior UAE experience is essential.
• Prior consultancy experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and cost planning to produce final cost plan.
• Production of full Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Managing prequalification stage and tendering.
• Handling post contract cost variances.
