Role Overview
Create and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience. This includes, defining objectives, KPIs, developing world-class strategies and tactics for success across:
- marketing strategies that cover:
 - marketing
 - communications planning
 - strategy
 - strategy
 - Gen strategies
 - planning (when necessary)
 
- Drive consumer insights across a range of clients and industries to spot trends and opportunities for our clients.
 - Develop customer journeys, stakeholder mapping and validation to empower robust strategic solutions.
 - Create and manage social media strategies, content calendars, social listening, and advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
 - Plan and execute CRM & email campaigns, segmenting audiences and optimizing performance.
 - Managing the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
 - Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and effective content strategies that align with client objectives.
 - Perform market research and conduct data analysis to ascertain target audiences and craft customer profiles.
 - Working with the Data & Analytics team to regularly monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
 - Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing updates, discussing strategies, and addressing their concerns.
 - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge digital solutions.
 
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years within a digital marketing agency
 - Strong experience of developing digital and content strategies within the Middle East
 - Proficiency in CRM Strategy and MarTech
 - Strong experience working with social channel partners
 - Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or in a similar role.
 - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM and content marketing.
 - Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique marketing ideas that resonate with target audiences.
 - Effective communication and presentation skills.
 - Problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
