Location: Client Premises, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 to 18,000 per month

The Senior Business Analyst will support strategic and operational initiatives across the Airline Operations domain of a major international airline. The role is responsible for bridging operational business needs with technology and product solutions, ensuring that complex airline operations processes are clearly understood, documented, and translated into high-quality solutions. The position requires strong domain knowledge across flight operations, crew management, and operations control, combined with proven business analysis, product management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis and requirements management activities across the project and product lifecycle.
  • Analyze and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements across Airline Operations areas including Flight Operations, Crew Management, Operations Control Centre (OCC), and disruption management (IROPs).
  • Support product management activities such as defining product vision, roadmaps, feature prioritization, and functional specifications aligned to operational objectives.
  • Facilitate structured workshops and working sessions with operations stakeholders to capture requirements, validate solutions, and drive alignment.
  • Lead RFP requirements definition, vendor briefings, evaluation criteria, scoring, and recommendation activities.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet operational, regulatory, and performance requirements.
  • Contribute domain expertise to drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and decision-support improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis within enterprise environments, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Strong understanding of Airline Operations domains including flight planning and dispatch, crew rostering and legality, OCC operations, and disruption recovery.
  • Proven experience in requirements management, product management, and stakeholder facilitation.
  • Demonstrated exposure to RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and solution selection.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate under tight timelines.
