Overview

Senior Associate – Corporate Marketing (EMIRATI) for Salt, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on shaping the brand’s voice and presence across multiple channels, delivering fresh, compelling content to strengthen brand awareness and visibility.

You’ll work at the crossroads of creativity and strategy, producing a steady stream of impactful content and ensuring all communications reflect the company’s brand identity and values.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging and brand-consistent content across digital, print, and social platforms, including editorial calendars, videos, graphics, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to meet content needs across business functions.
  • Translate brand messaging into various formats—ranging from short-form videos to infographics and campaign assets.
  • Continuously source and develop content ideas that reinforce the brand’s position and narrative.
  • Partner with the team to deliver standout creative concepts that push the boundaries of storytelling and align with industry standards.
  • Ensure all brand-owned media, screens, and touchpoints remain up to date and in line with content strategy.
  • Oversee quality control and consistency across projects by managing agency output and timelines.
  • Conduct frequent reviews of content assets and ensure links, visuals, and formats are accurate and error-free.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office tools.
