1. JOB PURPOSE: To provide the Customer Service related to Taxi plate number and process requests, directly dealing with clients internally and externally.

2. KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Submitted applications from beneficiaries or heirs.
  2. Follow up on requests.
  3. Follow up on pending applications and confirm approval for process.
  4. Communicate with customers.
  5. Follow up on payment delivery to the concerned parties.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounts / Business / Finance / Diploma / High School.
  2. 02 years of working experience; basic computer literacy required.
  3. Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  4. Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  5. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking; Arabic will be an advantage.
  6. Excellent business writing skills.
