Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts for timely payments and accurate records.
• Monitor accounts for overdue payments and initiate collection efforts.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Arrange and attend customer visits for payment follow up.
• Maintain customer accounts in the accounting system.
• Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts.
• Prepare and submit monthly statements to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and potential issues.
• Evaluate new credit requests and conduct client credit checks.
• Set up the terms of credit for new customers and maintain existing credit facilities for customers, including documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, particularly in AR and revenue recognition.
