Required skills:
  • 8+ years of SAP AMS experience, including 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, SAP Products (Ariba, SuccessFactors), and integration with other platforms (CRM, etc.).
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and service delivery skills.
  • English level: Advanced.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the AMS operations.
  • Manage incident and problem resolution, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
  • Oversee change management activities, including enhancements and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
  • Enforce security, compliance, and audit standards.
  • Support end users with training, documentation, and service desk functions.
  • Enable reporting and analytics support aligned to business needs.
