Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales operations, assist in reporting, support lead generation, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with marketing and maintaining records.
  • Assist in order processing, maintain records, coordinate client inquiries, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Provide sales support, client coordination, and operational assistance to achieve sales targets; support pipeline management, data analysis, and reporting using Power BI.
  • Prepare quotations, manage documentation, and ensure timely quotes and communication with clients and sales teams.
  • Develop client relationships, deliver customer support in logistics or automotive contexts, and provide tailored presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate with clients for lead follow-ups, analyze sales performance, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Support administrative tasks, manage projects, and foster customer relationships in a dynamic sales support role.
