The role involves coordinating sales operations, managing customer service, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring timely delivery and payment collection.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales operations, assist in reporting, support lead generation, and ensure customer satisfaction while collaborating with marketing and maintaining records.
- Assist in order processing, maintain records, coordinate client inquiries, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Provide sales support, client coordination, and operational assistance to achieve sales targets; support pipeline management, data analysis, and reporting using Power BI.
- Prepare quotations, manage documentation, and ensure timely quotes and communication with clients and sales teams.
- Develop client relationships, deliver customer support in logistics or automotive contexts, and provide tailored presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with clients for lead follow-ups, analyze sales performance, and support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Support administrative tasks, manage projects, and foster customer relationships in a dynamic sales support role.
Qualifications
- 2 - 8 years of experience (as per listing)
- Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI; excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with SAP, MS Office, or other relevant tools as mentioned.
