Job description

As our Sales Operations & Planning Analyst, you are responsible for Reporting, S&OP & Controlling. You will build reliable reporting systems, strengthen S&OP governance, and ensure robust Gross-to-Net control across the MENA Export region. Your insights will directly support the Head of Distribution and Sales Managers in making informed, data-driven decisions in a fast-moving environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build reporting systems
    • Develop and maintain Export reporting across IMS, GS, NIS, NR, and C1.
    • Support automation of data flows across SAP and BI tools.
    • Ensure daily and monthly visibility of performance versus targets.
  • Lead S&OP consolidation
    • Consolidate and challenge monthly country outlook submissions.
    • Align sales planning with demand forecasts.
    • Prepare MBU decks for Head of Distribution reviews.
  • Strengthen commercial cadence
    • Co-create weekly sales pitstops with Sales and Customer Service.
    • Deliver monthly business performance reviews with insights and actions.
    • Identify country/category opportunities across GtN and C1.
  • Ensure Gross-to-Net compliance
    • Monitor Gross Sales forecasts versus actuals.
    • Track TS accruals versus needs and actuals.
    • Safeguard monthly accuracy and consistency in GtN reporting.
