Job summary

A renewable energy company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the commercial cycle involving solar and EV solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, particularly within the UAE market, and a technical understanding of solar and EV systems. Key responsibilities include building local sales relationships, tracking tenders, and representing the company at industry events. Fluency in English is mandatory, and Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience in solar energy / EV / electrical infrastructure.
  • Proven exposure in the UAE market with an existing client/vendor network preferred.
  • Technical understanding of PV systems, inverters, EV chargers (CCS2/GBT), and energy storage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage real estate groups, EPCs, MEP consultants, fleet operators.
  • Sell solar panels, hybrid inverters, EV chargers, and BESS solutions.
  • Handle technical pre-sales and coordinate with Indian HQ for support.
  • Build local sales funnel, meet monthly KPIs, and close orders.
  • Track tenders and public/private sector opportunities.
  • Represent Servotech at local trade expos, networking forums.

We are now scaling operations across the UAE and GCC — and are hiring a sharp, driven Sales Manager to help launch and grow our business on the ground.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Dubai-based Sales Manager who can own the full commercial cycle: Generate new B2B leads | Pitch our solar/EV solutions | Close deals | Build Servotech’s local channel and project presence

Your Responsibilities
  1. Identify and engage real estate groups, EPCs, MEP consultants, fleet operators, hotels, fuel stations
  2. Sell solar panels, hybrid inverters, EV chargers (AC/DC), and BESS solutions
  3. Handle technical pre-sales and coordinate with Indian HQ for support
  4. Build local sales funnel, meet monthly KPIs, and close orders
  5. Track tenders and public/private sector opportunities (DEWA, RTA, ADNOC, etc.)
  6. Represent Servotech at local trade expos, networking forums
