We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lady for one of our to high end client in Al Ain UAE. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening brand presence within the competitive Sales and Marketing landscape. As a key frontline representative you will be responsible for building strong client relationships delivering exceptional service and consistently exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales a customer-centric mindset and the ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage potential customers through in-person phone and digital outreach.
  • Deliver personalized product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and pipeline data in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to promote current campaigns new product launches and special offers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent Shopping Center professionally at all times reflecting the brands values and commitment to service excellence.
